Nurturing Wellness Through Therapy

As a social worker and therapist, Rebecca Barrett provides therapeutic support to individuals with a variety of mental health and health issues, with a specific focus in supporting those impacted by a cancer diagnosis.

Together with her clients, Rebecca helps to explore their life’s narrative, identify and transform unhelpful patterns and coping, and process difficult past and present-day challenges. At Embodied Healing, she works collaboratively to identify strategies to foster a healthier relationship to self and others and to promote overall wellbeing. She assists clients in building awareness of their mind-body connection in order to process experiences and emotions and to gain tools to help foster a sense of safety in the body in order to regulate their nervous system.
